We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance activity in our Dallas data center. As part of our infrastructure upgrade, we will be de-racking legacy equipment on 09/12/2024 between 04:00 PM and 09:00 PM CDT. This is a routine, non-service-impacting activity and we do not anticipate any disruption to your services during this process.
However, as with any physical work in the data center, there is a minimal chance of unexpected issues. In the unlikely event that we encounter any such problems during the de-racking process, we will notify you immediately and take all necessary steps to minimize any potential impact.
