All of our Shared & Reseller accounts have cPanel/WHM installed.
VPS plans come with SolusVM Virtual Server Management and it is your responsiblity to install a control panel unless you're on a Managed VPS in which case cPanel/WHM is pre-installed.
Dedictated Servers come with no control panel, only command line access. If you order a managed server, we install cPanel/WHM for you.
